Purchased Packs not Working

If a purchased pack has a blue background image in the packs view, or is empty when trying to use the shapes, then there may have been an error when Fragment was downloading the pack.

The easiest way to solve this is to delete and re-install the packs from the app. To do this open your installed packs view (tap the three row icon at the top left of the main Fragment interface). You can swipe to the left on any packs that didn't install properly and delete them. Once the packs are deleted go into the store view and tap 'restore purchases.'  Fragment should re-install any packs that you have already bought. You will not be charged again.
